Once a month, Agustin spends a week visiting multiple PV projects within project developers’ portfolios. He inspects each site and addresses any deviations during construction.
“I find it rewarding to visit the sites and see what was designed with the team in the office come to life. Understanding how and why we design the projects this way allows me to identify any on-site deviations from the plan so they can be corrected. I also enjoy the human side of these visits, getting to know professionals who have been working in the field for years and enriching myself with the construction dynamics, logistics, timelines, and resources.”
