Our community wind park concept is a basis for democratizing the energy future. Municipalities and regions get the opportunity to actively shape the energy transition and become pioneers of the energy transition.
Renewables: challenging the status quo in energy
An essential difference to fossil or nuclear energy is that renewable energy can be produced locally and more independent from foreign countries. Furthermore, wind and solar PV production are more decentralized. This means that not a single large plant but many smaller plants ensure the energy supply and produce electricity where it is consumed. This leads to the fact that the energy industry can be completely reorganized and different questions have to be answered.
Starting Point
"Our energy future only makes sense if everyone benefits together from stable electricity prices, clean energy and the latest technology."
An essential component of our prosperity and progress is the reliable supply of affordable energy. Yet today's energy production is largely controlled by large energy companies at home and abroad, and the population is at the mercy of energy prices. Does this have to be the case permanently, or can the security of supply also be designed in such a way that the expansion of domestic generation capacities is successfully implemented with the financial participation of the population? This would be an important contribution to the quality of life and prosperity of the citizens.
The development of wind technology in Switzerland has been stagnant in recent years, and we have also been overtaken by other countries in the expansion of photovoltaics.
Alternatives
The decentralized and local nature of renewable energy from wind and solar opens up the opportunity for people in Switzerland to actively drive the energy transition and benefit from it through direct participation. Private initiators, who have the necessary experience, must take the lead to build hybrid technologies in Switzerland.
Experience shows that private parties are usually faster and less complicated in implementation, have sufficient funds and allow citizen participation to come to the fore. These participation models benefit the people and not individual large corporations. This is an important component for the acceptance and thus the success of Switzerland and its independent energy supply.
How can people in Switzerland become their own sheikh?
In addition to the possibility of having one's own solar system on the roof, we see even greater opportunities in participation in larger local generation plants. Unlike in the previous centralized model, citizens can participate directly in the plants, which means that
We are planning a large number of projects in wind and solar energy in which citizens can participate directly. The fact that many citizens can participate with smaller amounts is an important step towards the democratization of energy. The citizens and communities where the plants produce the energy are thus given the opportunity to invest their money directly in the security of supply and can count on long-term attractive returns in addition to affordable energy prices.
Renewably generated energy in Switzerland should belong to everyone! We are currently working on such projects at over 20 locations in this country, each with 2 to 6 wind turbines to be built between 2025 and 2030.
Join us on our mission to create a positive, regenerative future for Switzerland - together, today!
